I was able to easily upload a picture of my injured toe and talk to a doctor within a short amount of time. It was nice to get quick consultation about treatment for my injury.

Exactly what i needed. I received assistance in the most timely manner and was able to alleviate discomfort and anxiety while not wasting time or money going to urgent care.

The few times I have used this service, I have always had excellent service.
The doctors are very understanding , and kind.
This is so much faster than going to an urgent care. And I don’t have to leave the comforter of my home.

Hi it was wonderful to speak to someone at home while I was not feeling great. I got one o. One personal service no nurse to spill my life to them have the Dr conversation. Thabk you for this service!

Terrible. I’ll never use it again

Much more quick and efficient than taking time off to go visit a Dr's office. Cheaper too in my case with an HSA plan. The on line Dr. was available quickly and was able to prescribe a treatment. Overall its a great service but one must know its limitations so you don't spend the co-pay amount only to find they can't help. Would definitely use again. Hopefully all the basic health info, prescriptions etc. is retained as it takes a while to enter. I would have hoped they can access your records to avoid this.

The doctors are not Medicare doctors so I can’t get my medication filled so I still have to go to another doctor- very inconvenient
